Prisecter Aerospace and Defense was founded in 2024 to deliver precision-machined components and assemblies for aerospace, defense, and space exploration.
Backed by a Master’s degree and over 30 years of manufacturing experience, including two decades in highly regulated aerospace and medical device industries, our founder established Prisecter knowing that strong operations create strong outcomes.
We’re growing a company with a framework that aligns directly with the needs of our customers and end users.
Prisecter began with a simple but powerful idea: small businesses can lead when they operate with discipline, vision, and purpose.
Prisecter’s approach is strategic, built around an Operations Pillar that brings together delivery, quality, compliance, and security into a coordinated system.
Today, we operate from a 3,200 sq. ft. facility on 3/4 acre lot in Auburn, CA equipped with CNC mills, lathes, and inspection resources. As we grow, we remain committed to supporting complex, critical missions through precision machining and a strong operations-driven foundation.
The name “Prisecter” originates from the classification of aircraft structures into Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary components. These three words also apply broadly across many disciplines, often denoting levels of criticality or layers of support. Together, they create a unified system that denotes importance, function, and interdependence. Prisecter is a blend of the first syllables of these three structural categories — "Pri-Sec-Ter" — and reflects how critical elements, together, can achieve something greater.
Prisecter is built on a strong foundation of Commitment, Creativity, Community, and Compliance - the values that support every pillar of our management framework. We reinforce this foundation through our 5As - Analyze, Adapt, Assist, Align, Achieve - which guides how we think, communicate, and solve problems as a team.
These values form the base of our system, supporting the Pillars of our management framework.
We apply a disciplined management framework built on a strong foundation of values and structured operational practices. This framework drives consistency, accountability, and readiness across all programs.
Our approach incorporates risk assessments at all levels, clear requirements flowdown to internal teams and sub-tier suppliers, and continuous improvement rooted in aerospace-quality and lean principles. These practices enable us to deliver the reliability of a larger supplier while maintaining the agility and affordability of a small one.
We’re a small and growing company, and every person on our team has a meaningful role in the work we deliver. We value individuals who are thoughtful, curious, dependable, and willing to learn, because those qualities shape the culture we’re building just as much as any process or machine.
As we expand our capabilities, we will remain a place where people feel supported, respected, and trusted to do good work. Growth will bring new opportunities, but the heart of our company will always be the same: a team that works together, cares about the mission, and takes pride in contributing to something larger than ourselves.
Prisecter is growing deliberately - strengthening its management framework, expanding capabilities, and investing in systems that support long-term mission readiness. As we scale, we continue to refine our processes, supplier controls, and operational discipline to meet the evolving needs of aerospace and defense partners.
Our commitment remains constant: precision, reliability, and mission-focused operations.
