Capabilities

Supporting the Mission. Shaping the Future.

We produce made-to-print components and assemblies through our in-house CNC milling, turning, and mechanical assembly capabilities. To support broader program needs, we also operate under a hybrid sourcing model, leveraging a qualified network of sub-tier suppliers for specialized processes and related services.

This model allows us to deliver a wider range of products through a single dependable source, while maintaining full requirements flowdown, risk oversight, and compliance with AS9100, upcoming IA9100 expectations, and evolving requirements under NIST and CMMC.

Quality Assurance

Our Process

Every project begins with a full review of technical, quality, and compliance requirements. We validate specifications, drawing sets, materials, tolerances, special processes, and supplier requirements before production begins. Our in-process controls and documented inspection methods ensure consistency, traceability, and conformity at every stage.

We build each part with the end mission in mind.

Our Approach to Compliance and Requirements Flow

We maintain a disciplined approach to compliance and flowdown across all internal operations and sub-tier suppliers. Our system incorporates:

  • Full requirements flowdown in accordance with AS9100 and customer specifications
  • Operational risk assessment aligned with the evolving structure of IA9100
  • Cybersecurity-aligned controls that reflect NIST 800-171 and CMMC expectations
  • Sub-tier supplier oversight including qualification, performance monitoring, and control of special processes
  • Material traceability and documentation integrity from sourcing through delivery
  • Process control, inspection planning, and evidence-based verification

This approach ensures that all parts, regardless of complexity or sourcing pathway, meet customer, regulatory, and mission requirements.
